1. Paper Trading on DemoTrader.net

DemoTrader.net is a paper trading simulation for education only. It does not connect to brokerage accounts, execute live trades, or involve real money on this site. All trades use virtual capital with no monetary value. Market prices are provided via a demo delayed price feed and are not suitable for real trading decisions.

2. Full-Featured Trading App

Our trading app is a full-featured broker trading platform used by live brokerage firms. It is a separate product from DemoTrader.net's paper trading education mode and is subject to its own terms, broker relationships, and regulatory requirements. Use of live trading features requires appropriate broker onboarding and is not provided through DemoTrader.net itself.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using DemoTrader, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. You must be at least 17 years old to use DemoTrader.

4. No Financial Advice

DemoTrader does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified professional before making real financial decisions.

5. User Conduct

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities under it.
• Do not misrepresent DemoTrader.net as a live trading or brokerage service on this site.
